I provide individual therapy for adults seeking trauma-informed, identity-affirming care. My work centers on helping clients heal from relational trauma, attachment wounds, and experiences that have shaped how they relate to themselves and others
I specialize in working with:
LGBTQIA+ individuals and couples navigating identity-related stress, minority stress, and trauma
Relational trauma, including emotional neglect, chronic invalidation, betrayal, and boundary violations
Attachment wounds, people-pleasing, hypervigilance, and difficulty trusting or feeling safe in relationships
Trauma related to family systems, religion, medical experiences, and intimate partnerships
Neurodivergent adults navigating burnout, shame, and relationship strain
My approach is trauma-informed, collaborative, and grounded in nervous system regulation, rather than symptom management alone. You won’t be asked to educate me or justify your identity. Therapy with me focuses on understanding patterns, building internal safety, and developing more secure ways of relating—at a pace that respects your capacity and autonomy
All services are offered via private pay. This allows me to provide consistent, personalized care without the constraints imposed by insurance companies, including diagnostic pressure or session limits. I am happy to provide superbills for clients who wish to seek out-of-network reimbursement. For those wishing to utilize insurance, I am credentialed with the major networks in AZ, NH and IL.

Getting started is simple—and taking this step already says a lot about your self-awareness and care for your well-being.
You can begin by either completing the contact form on my website or scheduling a consultation directly through the online scheduling link. Once I receive your message or booking, I’ll follow up with next steps and any questions needed to determine whether we’re a good fit.
If we schedule a consultation, we’ll use that time to briefly discuss what’s bringing you to therapy, what you’re hoping for, and whether my approach feels aligned with your needs. This is not a therapy session, and there’s no pressure to commit—just a chance to see if working together feels supportive and safe.
Reaching out for therapy can feel vulnerable, especially if you’ve had invalidating or difficult experiences in the past. Whether this is your first time seeking therapy or you’re trying again after something didn’t work before, I want to acknowledge the courage it takes to begin. You’re welcome to move at your own pace, and I’m glad you’re here.

I bring both professional training and lived experience into my work, which shapes how I show up as a therapist—with humility, curiosity, and respect for your autonomy.
As a neurodivergent clinician, I understand firsthand how systems, relationships, and expectations can be misaligned with how many people actually think, feel, and process the world. I’m especially attuned to the impact of chronic misunderstanding, masking, burnout, and shame, and I work in ways that honor your nervous system rather than pushing you to “function” at the expense of yourself.
I also provide LGBTQIA+ affirming care, grounded in ongoing learning and community awareness—not assumptions. You won’t be asked to educate me or justify your identity. Therapy is a space where your identity is respected as a given, not treated as the problem.
My lived experience informs my clinical lens, but therapy remains centered on you. I prioritize collaboration, consent, and pacing, and I pay close attention to relational dynamics so therapy itself doesn’t repeat patterns of invalidation or harm. My goal is to offer a space that feels thoughtful, attuned, and genuinely human.

I offer both private-pay therapy and insurance-based services.
Most clients choose to work with me through private pay because it allows for greater flexibility, privacy, and clinical integrity. When therapy is not directed by insurance requirements, we are not constrained by diagnoses, session limits, or predetermined treatment timelines. This creates space for trauma-informed, relational work that moves at a pace guided by your nervous system and needs—not by external rules.
I do accept insurance from most major carriers. Using insurance requires a mental health diagnosis and ongoing documentation that becomes part of your medical record. For some clients, this is a helpful option; for others, private pay feels more aligned with their values and goals.
I’m happy to talk through these options during a consultation so you can make an informed choice about what feels right for you.

Therapy with me is collaborative and client-led. I don’t come in with a rigid agenda or a one-size-fits-all plan. Instead, we work together to understand what you need in each phase of the process—whether that’s slowing down, making sense of patterns, or building new skills to support change.
I believe laughter and a sense of humor can be deeply regulating and connecting, especially when working through heavy or painful experiences. At the same time, I know when to hold space seriously and gently for what needs care and attention. Therapy can be both meaningful and human.
Our work often includes a balance of processing past and present experiences while also introducing practical tools and skills that you can carry into your day-to-day life. I offer guidance when it’s helpful, without taking over or pushing you faster than your nervous system is ready for.
Consistency and safety are central to my approach. Sessions are not rushed, and you won’t be over-pathologized or reduced to a diagnosis. My goal is to provide a steady, supportive space where you can explore, reflect, and heal at a pace that feels sustainable and respectful.
